Building and structure maintenance is a constant on-going process. Regular jobs such as cleaning, line painting or litter-picking can be planned months in advance, but  reactive maintenance, such as graffiti removal, replacing broken bulbs needs to be undertaken within strict timescales
  • M-I-S has enough trained staff at hand to undertake any maintenance contract work, whether large or small.
  • M-I-S can supply emergency lighting, fencing, welfare cabins, pressure cleaning equipment etc.
  • M-I-S can allocate maintenance teams for regular works on a daily, monthly or any other pre-arranged timescale
  • M-I-S can supply fully-equipped and trained staff 24 hours a day/seven days a week for a wide range of maintenance and security  tasks on and off the rail infrastructure
